Three, two, one. Lift!

At 8:58 a.m. on June 18, on the coast of the East China Sea and the banks of Meishan Bay, with the issuance of the "Lift!" command, the Ningbo Lygend Meishan International Supply Chain Center Project invested and constructed by Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed the major engineering milestone of the "first lifting" of steel structures. The successful first lifting of steel structures has not only laid a solid foundation for the later structural construction, but also pushed the overall construction of the project into a fast lane.

The Ningbo Lygend Meishan International Supply Chain Center Project is located in the Meishan Free Trade Zone of Ningbo, adjacent to the Meishan Port Terminal. It is a large supply chain project that integrates the warehousing, transportation, and sales of multiple types of goods. It is an annual key project in Ningbo City and an important part of the production and operation of Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd., with a prominent location and great significance.

The project covers an area of 94,754m2, with a total construction area of approximately 270,000m2. Three large logistics warehouses are constructed, all in the form of steel structures, and a container yard of approximately 44,000m2 is constructed simultaneously. After the project is completed, it can simultaneously store 120,000t goods.

The construction site of the project was originally a coastal mudflat and a salt drying field for local residents. According to the geological survey report, the underground muddy soil layer of the project is distributed throughout the entire site, with an average thickness of over thirty meters. The distribution of the bedrock surface that can serve as a bearing layer is extremely uneven. To control the ground settlement in the warehouse, a large number of ground piles are designed for the project, with a total length of approximately 127,600m.

After in-depth analysis and careful consideration by our project department and various participating units, we decided to adopt the "dynamic adjustment method" to optimize the quantity of piling engineering quantity. In the pile foundation construction process, we also organized multiple on-site meetings to continuously adjust and optimize the pile arrangement plan. Finally, the construction of the floor piles was completed on June 4.Everything comes to him who waits. According to statistical calculations, the actual construction length of the floor piles was about 118,800m, 8,800m less than the designed pile length.

At present, the total number of people on the construction site of the project is over 300, and the project is at the stage of large-scale construction. Some areas have successfully reached the ±0.000 point. Warehouse #3 is expected to be put into trial operation by the end of September, and Warehouses #1 and #2 are expected to complete all steel structure projects within the year, entering the stage of shelf installation in the warehouse and to be officially delivered for use next year. At that time, Lygend's warehousing and logistics will be more complete, further improving customer services.
