Lygend Launches New Program for Going Far 丨The 2023 Management Trainees Bootcamp of Lygend "Thousand Talents Program" Sets Sail

On July 4, the 2023 Management Trainees Bootcamp of "Thousand Talents Program" of Lygend Resources Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Lygend") was launched as scheduled. A total of 455 college graduates recruited by the Company gathered in Shanghai from all corners of China, with their vitality and aspiration blooming in full splendor. The Bootcamp would provide valuable opportunities for college graduates to learn and grow, and help them become future leading talents. Lygend "Thousand Talents Program" started a new chapter since then.

At the opening ceremony of the Bootcamp, Cai Jianyong, Chairman of Lygend Resources Technology Development Co., Ltd., gave a vivid "first lesson in the workplace" to all management trainees. Chairman Cai Jianyong gave a detailed introduction to the Company's profile, the content of Lygend's corporate culture, industry overview and core competitive strengths, and strategy and development, and based on his own experiences and feelings, spoke very eloquently about the real cases and stories that happened on the development process of Lygend. He elaborated on the background of the birth of Lygend, the connotation of the core values of corporate culture, and summarized the successful experience of Lygend, immersing the trainees into the development history of Lygend for fourteen years.

Chairman Cai Jianyong pointed out that "we should do the right thing, and do valuable things; values and sense of responsibility are more important than one's ability". Developing from a local Ningbo enterprise into a global enterprise, the reasons for Lygend's success are because we have an open mindset, share a favorable industry ecosystem, and strive to create a career development platform for employees to share the fruits of their hard work; because we remain optimistic in all circumstances, continuously learn new technologies, and believe in the power of dedication and hard work; because we are not afraid of dangers and barriers, think out of the box, and firmly believe that greatness is forged in the ordinary; because we adhere to integrity and good faith, and take root in the vast land; and because we have the courage to take charge and fulfill all our responsibilities, make disruptive innovations, and reaching the peak on which no one else dares to set foot!

A journey of a thousand miles may not be achieved without accumulation of every single step, just as the enormous ocean may not be formed without gathering every brook or stream. Chairman Cai Jianyong turned his valuable experience into sincere message and earnest hope. He said that Lygend's core competitiveness in the future lies in the "new forces". All trainees should integrate their personal goals with the Company's mission and vision, continue to learn, uphold openness and sharing, strive to enhance their core competitiveness, and work hard in their respective positions with a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and enterprising spirit.

A clearer understanding of new concepts makes actions stronger and more targeted.During the training, Yuan Shuangcheng, Director of Human Resources of Lygend Resources Technology Development Co., Ltd., gave a systematic interpretation of the Company's profile, organizational structure, talent management, career development, so that the management trainees could comprehensively understand Lygend and integrate themselves into Lygend. Yang Yiming, Vice Director of the Personnel Administration of the Manufacturing Division, gave a detailed introduction to Lygend's training and development system of management trainees and helped them establish their career plans. Ke Xianyao, Director of the Design and Management Department of the Manufacturing Division, vividly explained the overall plan for the Indonesian Industrial Park, immersing the management trainees into Lygend's grand blueprint.

Amassing strength for Lygend's steady progress, and enabling the management trainees for Lygend's forging ahead. Since July 4, Lygend would assemble the "Thousand Talents Program" management trainees for 11-day training, who would receive professional skills training so that they can comprehensively improve their quality. Thereafter, according to the Company's planning, Lygend would train and enable the college graduates for a period of 3 years, and formulate a systematic training plan from three stages including probation training, job rotation, and targeted promotion training, to help the management trainees quickly grow into key talents who can hold responsible positions in the capacity of department heads in various fields.

Lygend upholds the development strategy of "internationalization, specialization, and diversification of resources" and the "people-oriented" talent philosophy. For the purpose of supporting the Company's future development strategy, the Company has launched the strategic talent reserve program --"Thousand Talents Program". It is planned to reserve 1,000 management trainees within three years, for the purpose of injecting a steady stream of strength into Lygend's development.

“The "Thousand Talents Program" aims to cultivate strategic competent professionals that uphold Lygend's cultural values, have professional expertise, and can overcome the challenges ahead. Lygend will conduct systematic training for enabling the management trainees' rapid growth; it will deploy resources in favor of the management trainees and pay special attention to them, so that they can grow rapidly, become technical backbone in 1-2 years, and become core management/technology backbone in 3-5 years.

Embracing the future and implementing the talent development strategy, Lygend will help the management trainees enhance their abilities and grow rapidly through a systematic and scientific training and development platform as well as complete training support mechanisms and learning and growth mechanisms, for the purpose of laying a talent foundation for Lygend to achieve its strategic goals.
