HPL Company Honors the First Batch of Monthly Excellent Production Model Workers

In June, through the screening process, PT. HALMAHERA PERSADA LYGEND (hereinafter referred to as "HPL") recognized and honored the first batch of 48 monthly excellent production model workers who were pragmatic, took on responsibilities, were dedicated to work and took delight in making contributions. HPL also invited Chinese and Indonesian chefs to prepare a grand evening banquet for them, and carefully arranged various forms of entertainment across departments to enhance the happiness and sense of belonging of employees.

The on-site leaders of HPL attached great importance to this initiative. After thorough discussions and study, the monthly excellent production model workers honor was established, for the purpose of inspiring the employees by commending the model workers, and corresponding welfare activity plans were formulated. The departments and workshop would select 48 excellent production model workers every month through voting and recommendation, showing recognition and encouragement for the efforts of the employees.



The honor of being the monthly excellent production model workers not only recognizes individual efforts, but also inspires other employees to forge ahead. By establishing the honor of being the monthly excellent production model workers, HPL has broken the traditional annual incentive model and incorporated more employee motivation into daily work and life. At the same time, this honorary title has also become one of the important reference factors in the annual assessment, enhancing the talent selection capabilities of the HPL personnel system.
